1.)Cancellation Before Pick-Up:

• More than 2 hours before pick-up You can cancel your reservation without any penalty. A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Less than 2 hours before pick-up A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% rental charge will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2.)No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice (a no-show), a fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice (a no-show), a fee equivalent to 10% of the total rental amount will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without penalty.
• Vehicle Availability: If we are unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund.
• Early Return: Early return of the rental vehicle does not entitle you to a refund.

• You can modify your reservation at any time before the scheduled pick-up, subject to availability and applicable rate changes. Please note that if the modification results in a higher rental cost, you will be required to pay the difference. If the modification results in a lower rental cost, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
