Prohibited Content:Users are strictly prohibited from posting defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material in our blog, forums or user feedback sections. We encourage constructive discussions and respectful interactions.

  1. Cooperation with Authorities: MTC Car Hire fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities and court orders. If required, we will disclose the identity of anyone posting illegal or harmful materials on our platform
  2. Content Moderation: Our team actively monitors user material and conversations. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or take action against content that violates our policies. This includes material that is indecent, offensive, or contrary to our guidelines.
  3. Booking Process: Booking a car with us is easy! Simply fill out the online booking form provided on our website. You can make payments using any of the credit/debit cards listed. Additionally, bookings can be made for someone other than the cardholder. Just provide the necessary details for payment and the user’s information for the booking.
  4. Secure Payment: Your safety is our priority. We use the EBS payment gateway, which employs 128-bit SSL encryption technology certified by VeriSign. Rest assured that your credit card details remain confidential and are not shared.
  5. Booking Voucher: When a traveler completes an online car booking with MTCCarHire.com, a booking voucher will be promptly sent to their email address. This voucher serves as confirmation of their reservation.
  6. Mandatory Voucher Presentation: To avail our car rental services, it is essential for the traveler to produce the booking voucher provided earlier. Failure to do so empowers our drivers to refuse service delivery without any obligation on our part to refund the booking amount.
  7. Understanding Terms and Conditions: By presenting the booking voucher, the customer acknowledges that they have read and comprehended all the terms and conditions outlined therein. Their agreement to these terms is implicit upon voucher presentation.
  8. Duty Slip and Obligations: Customers must diligently fill out the duty slip. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of any subsequent disputes. The start and end distances (in kilometers) will be calculated from our garage. Additionally, customers must adhere to the driving speed regulations set by local transport authorities. Parking charges, toll fees, state taxes, and entry fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  9. Meter Readings and Calculations: Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all meter readings, distances, and timings will be calculated to and fro from our vendor’s garage.
  10. Distance Approximations: The distances mentioned on our website, whether intercity or from our vendor’s garage, are approximate. Actual distances may vary based on the precise geographical locations of the points in question.
  11. Air Conditioner Usage: Please note that the car air-conditioner will not function on hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary. Customers are advised not to request the driver to activate the air conditioning under these circumstances.
  12. Voucher for Discounts and Cashback: The booking voucher is essential for availing any applicable discounts or cashback offers. In the case of a cashback, the credited amount will be refunded to the credit card or debit card account used for payment to MTC Travel Solutions. This process typically takes approximately 15 days from the pick-up date.
  13. Discounts and Extra Charges: Discounts apply only to the basic fare and do not extend to additional charges such as tolls, taxes, extra kilometers (if applicable), extra hours (if applicable), driver allowances, parking fees, or night charges unless explicitly specified.
  14. Vehicle Availability: While we strive to provide the booked vehicle, availability is subject to real-time conditions. In the rare event that the reserved car is unavailable on the day of travel, we will offer an alternative equivalent vehicle within the same segment.
  15. Cab Model and Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, due to prevailing road conditions or the potential risk of natural disasters, the reserved cab model may not be suitable for travel. These factors are beyond the control of MTC Car Hire. In such cases, we will offer an upgraded cab model commonly used in the specific region. An additional charge may apply for the upgrade. However, if the customer prefers not to receive an upgraded car, a refund will be processed.
  16. Transfer and Local Car Rental Services: Our transfer and local car rental services are valid only within city limits. Any requests for outstation travel beyond these limits will allow our drivers to decline service without any obligation to refund the booking amount.
  17. Amendments to Bookings: Customers can request amendments to their bookings if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. No changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the pick-up time. If amendments involve changing the cab type, availability is subject to the specific vehicle category. In cases of a no-show, where the customer fails to inform MTC Car Hire of schedule changes 24 hours before pick-up, no refunds will be provided. To make amendments, contact our support team at 7081609090 and mention the booking reference number (CRN).
  18. Waiting Charges: Customers are liable to pay waiting charges if the delay exceeds 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time, regardless of the reason.
  19. Additional Charges for Unscheduled Changes: Any unscheduled changes, such as additional distance traveled or extended hourly usage, will incur extra charges as applicable.
  20. Calendar Day Basis: All bookings follow a calendar day schedule, from midnight to midnight. For instance, a booking made for January 1st with a pick-up time of 5:00 p.m. will end at 11:59 p.m. the same day, rather than extending to January 2nd at 5:00 p.m.
  21. Outstation vs. Local Travel: Cabs booked for outstation journeys cannot be used for local travel within the starting city. Any unused kilometer balance can only be used for travel to another destination outside city limits or as pre-arranged.
  22. One-Way Service Fees: One-way car rentals require the customer to cover the return travel charges when the vehicle returns to its garage after reaching the destination. For example, traveling from Pune to Mumbai requires the customer to pay for the return journey from Mumbai to Pune, at a reduced fare.
  23. Booking Amendments: During travel, bookings can be amended from one-way to round-trip or multi-city. Requests must include the CRN number and the reason for the amendment and should be sent to the support team at MTC Car Hire via 7081609090 or info@mtccarhire.com. Approval rests with the support team. Approved amendments require immediate payment to the driver in cash to cover the difference. .
  24. Pick-Up Waiting Time: Drivers will wait a maximum of 60 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification of delay. After 60 minutes, the booking will be marked as a "no show," and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
  25. Additional Charges: For all travel types, customers must cover any additional charges, including tolls, taxes, driver allowance, extra kilometers or hours, parking, night charges, and other applicable fees detailed on the voucher.
  26. Extra Distance/Time for One-Way Trips: For one-way trips, customers must pay extra fees if the driver needs to travel a greater distance or requires additional time for the return journey.
  27. Unspecified Distance Transfers: Transfers without a specified distance include only a one-way trip between an airport or railway station and a single location. Pick-ups or drop-offs at multiple locations are not included.
  28. Discounts Displayed: The discounts displayed on our website are indicative. The exact amount depends on the service type.
  29. Delays Beyond Control: MTC Car Hire is not accountable for delays or consequential losses due to traffic jams, uncontrollable conditions, or driver errors.
  30. Customer Liability: The company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or physical injury suffered while using its services. .
  31. Reporting Misconduct: Report driver misconduct immediately to MTC Car Hire’s support team at 7081609090, citing the booking reference number. .
  32. Force Majeure Events: The company is not responsible for loss or delay due to force majeure events.
  33. Liability Cap: MTC Car Hire's total liability for losses or damage will not exceed the booking amount paid.
  34. Legal Jurisdiction:Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], [Your State].
  35. User Terms:In addition to these terms, any terms mentioned on the website also apply.
  36. No-Show Policy:If a cab does not arrive as booked, it will be considered a fleet partner failure. MTC Car Hire will attempt to provide alternative transportation or issue a full refund within 7 days of the scheduled trip. However, other incurred costs like hotel or flight expenses will not be reimbursed.
  37. Promotional Use of Contact Information: MTC Car Hire may use contact details provided during booking for promotional purposes but will never sell this data.
  38. Regional Cab Restrictions: In rare cases, a reserved cab model might not be available due to local restrictions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  39. Payment Decline Liability: We, as a merchant, holds no liability for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from a transaction authorization being declined due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.
  40. Booking Timing:Cabs will be provided strictly for the booked time, regardless of emergencies.
  41. Service Tax:The final rental amount, including additional charges, will attract applicable service taxes.
Special Instructions:
  1. Driver and Car Details: MTC Car Hire will send these details to the customer by SMS and email approximately one hour before the scheduled pickup time. The driver or an MTC Car Hire representative may also call in advance to confirm.
  2. Non-Receipt of Details: If the driver or car details are not received, contact the support team at 7081609090 with the booking reference number.
  3. Additional Charges: Any costs not included in the booking must be paid directly to the driver, such as extra kilometers or hours, night charges, parking, tolls, and driver allowances. If there's a dispute, call support with the booking reference number.
  4. Payment of Extra Charges: All additional charges must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
  5. Driver Refusal to Provide Service: Contact support at 7081609090 with your booking reference number if the driver refuses to deliver the booked service.
